Meet the Team

David is the President of Crawford Evaluation Group. His experience includes thirteen years with Medical Evaluations Inc prior to CEG, where he ended his tenure as General Manager.  David oversees a staff of 27.  He takes pride in the development and management of physician relationships within the medical network represented by CEG.  David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Radio, TV, Film Degree. He has served on the board of the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association for three terms. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Bryon Riesch Paralysis Foundation, serving that foundation for approximately fifteen years. He is currently the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Forum. David is an amateur athlete playing on competitive baseball and tennis teams, and has been married for more than sixteen years. 

Aimee is the VP of Operations at Crawford Evaluation Group, and joined the team in April of 2013. She brings a diverse experience to the company in regards to customer service, accounting, benefit program management, and human resource support. Her most recent work experience was predominantly focused in customer service & accounting dealing with insurance claims but on the property damage side of the business. This background provided an awareness of the insurance claims handling process, which supported a smooth transition into the CEG environment of handling Workers Compensation Claims.

Aimee is married to Patrick and they have one daughter Lainey. In her free time she enjoys staying active playing volleyball and softball, coaching her daughter in both, crafting and entertaining. Some of her favorite life moments have been zip lining, her work as one of the Milwaukee Brewer Racing Sausages, & any chance she can get to go to Disney. Aimee’s BS – Nursing paired with her work experiences have proven to be an asset in filling her role with the Crawford Evaluation Group.

Greg is Crawford Evaluation Group’s Business & Physician Development Manager.  His main role is to improve all facets of our business, with a focus on building our relationships with both clients and medical experts.  Greg has been in the claims cost containment industry since 2000, working in various sales and physician network development positions.  Greg has served on the boards of the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association and the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Forum.  Greg graduated from Ripon College in 1992, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Communications, and played Rugby for fun.  During college and after graduation, he dedicated himself to working with special needs and at-risk youth in NY, AZ and WI, receiving various awards and recognition for his work in NY and the Milwaukee area.  If you attended any event at the Bradley Center between 1995 and 2010, you might have seen him working team or stage security; combining his loves of sports, music and keeping people in line.  While still supporting many different charities, he now dedicates his time to his wife and son.  Greg enjoys travel, trying to play the guitar, golf, hiking, lounging on a beach, and most importantly – consulting on your most difficult IME needs.

   Joan is the Quality Assurance Manager at Crawford Evaluation Group. She found her work home when she joined CEG in May 2014, bringing with her an extensive claim adjusting background, including multiple jurisdictions in worker’s compensation, with a strong focus on litigated cases.  Prior to joining CEG, Joan worked as a Worker’s Compensation Claim Adjuster for 17 years. Her previous employers include MCIM, Employers, West Bend Mutual and Fremont. She finds that her claim background is very helpful in her current role. Customer service has always been Joan’s main focus and she loves that it is also a focus for CEG each and every day.  In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling and taking time to knit. 

 Stephanie is Crawford Evaluation Group's   

Front Desk Manager/Scheduling and Records Support. She began working at CEG in May 2016. Stephanie splits her time between assisting with coordinating new scheduling referrals as well as assisting with all duties involving requesting, calling and receiving medical records. She enjoys being in contact with clients and doctor’s daily.  Stephanie attended WCTC Barber/Cosmetology program where she holds her current license to cut and style hair. She also has her Associates degree in Phlebotomy and also holds current her Dialysis Technician License with the state of WI. In Stephanie’s spare time she enjoys camping, spending time with friends and family, cooking, and crafting. She loves being a mom to her daughters and a step mom to her two steph children.  Stephanie is always up for a challenge. 

Kim is a Scheduling Coordinator at Crawford Evaluation Group.  She joined the team in April 2023.  She is always ready to coordinate and schedule for our clients while working to meet their unique needs.  Kim comes to CEG with over 20 years of experience in the health system as an Administrative and Surgical Coordinator in the Neurosurgery department at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin.  Her extensive background working with both providers and patients has helped in the transition to this side of the medical industry.  Kim received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wisconsin Lutheran College.  In her spare time, Kim and her husband Warren are very busy keeping up with raising their two young children and loves being a “travel baseball mom” for her son.  Kim also enjoys taking their dog Thunder for walks with the kids, watching movies at home, going to the gym, and hanging with family and friends.  Fun fact: Kim loves to play handbells and has mastered the art of ringing four bells at one time!  

Linda works as the Front Office Coordinator and has been working for CEG since April of 2011.  She is the first point of contact, either in person or on the phone. Her personality fits this position very well as she is always smiling and happy.  Greeting clients, claimants, doctors, FedEx, UPS, mail delivery, and special deliveries.  This position is also responsible for answering all phone calls and connecting our clients to the appropriate departments. 

On days that doctors are here, Linda states, “It is never a dull moment,” she reports logging over  10,000 steps going back and forth from exam rooms to the doctor’s office space.

Linda’s Associate Degree in Business, along with 22 additional credits has made her a perfect match to juggling a wide variety of duties for the company. The wide array of tasks Linda fulfills keeps the office functioning on a daily basis-office supply inventory, postage machine updates, special projects for management, and is always the go-to for assistance by any department when additional help is needed.

Some day she states she will take a Spanish class and write a book.  Linda loves to dance and at our Customer Appreciation Party you will always find Linda on the dance floor. 

Outside of her time at CEG, Linda enjoys spending time with her daughters for a yearly Mother/Daughter weekend and traveling to Las Vegas, going out to dinner with family and friends and Linda also enjoys going for walks with her husband Don in Menomonee Falls Park in warmer weather.  Reading and watching Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu are Linda’s ways of relaxing.

Charlene joined the CEG team in October of 2014. She provides support to the accounting department. Prior to joining CEG, Charlene spent almost 10 years as a floral designer and store manager. She later proceeded to spend another 12 years working in the restoration industry, first working for a large restoration company, until she and her husband opened their own company. Charlene continued working growing their business over the next 17 years until it was purchased by an out of state firm. Most of her duties at all of her occupations have centered around accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Charlene is an avid reader and baker, and makes an amazing assortment of goodies – in particular her secret carrot cake recipe. Charlene and her husband, Carl, enjoy traveling together as well as playing cards and catching a good movie.

Melinda joined the Crawford Evaluation Group team in January 2022 as a Staff Accountant. She brings a broad background in accounting for large, national firms and has a wealth of experience in various accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, customer relations, cost accounting, and credit analysis. Having previously worked with the national firm Michael Best & Friedrich, Melinda worked one-on-one with 238 attorneys to manage receivables and maintain a high caliber of customer service. Melinda specializes in working in fast-paced and customer-oriented businesses and has found this background helpful in continuing her service to the legal and medical community served by CEG. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from MATC.

Melinda and her husband John are busy with a young family of four children - including a set of fraternal twins. Her second “profession” is a taxi service running the kids to school events, sports practices, and parties. In addition, she coaches volleyball and enjoys running. To relax she enjoys sitting by the pool, reading, and hosting family and friends.

Patrick Joined the CEG team in June of 2019.  He brings over a decade of experience in the IME industry.  As CEG's Physician Liaison, Patrick's focus is on our physician relationships as well as physician recruitment & development.  Patrick is also our website designer and is spearheading CEG's digital marketing efforts. 

Patrick is the current reigning CEG Chili Cook-off Champion  

Patrick graduated from Edgewood College with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting.  Patrick enjoys biking, running and reading.  Patrick and his wife Cassandra love playing competitive volleyball and spending time with their daughter Pearl and son Cash.   

Casey Krueger, Systems & Vendor Administrator, joined Crawford Evaluation Group originally in the capacity to assist with the roll out and implementation of a new case management software in May of 2020.  Her experience within the fire and water restoration industry focused on utilizing industry specific software to streamline operations and increase productivity.  The knowledge she obtained handling property claims since 2006 helped her quickly visualize handling workers compensation claims within the new software, smoothing the company’s transition to a new platform.    On January 1 2021 Casey became a full-time member of the CEG work family.  Her primary focus is management and training of the information technology systems that keep CEG up and running.  Casey also obtained her degree in Business Administration, graduating magna cum laude in June of 2021.    Casey has two daughters, Kaylie and Rachel, as well as her “baby”, a black lab mix appropriately named Brutus, aka “Pup-Pup”.  She stays active in her free time with volleyball, camping, and you won’t ever see her pass up an opportunity to jump on the Harley on the weekends.
