David is the President of Crawford Evaluation Group. His experience leading up to CEG includes thirteen years as an account manager, then general manager of Medical Evaluations, Inc. David oversees the physician relationships within the medical network represented by CEG.
David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, in Madison with a Radio, TV, Film Degree. He has served as the Vice President for the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association for three separate terms. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Bryon Riesch Paralysis Foundation, serving within that foundation for approximately a decade. He is also currently on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Forum, serving as the Treasurer. David is a passionate amateur athlete playing on competitive baseball and tennis teams, and has been married for more than ten years. He enjoys his work family, making it easy to come into the office every day.
Aimee is the General Manager of Crawford Evaluation Group, and joined the team in April of 2013. She brings a diverse experience to the company in regards to customer service, accounting, benefit program management, and human resource support. Her most recent work experience was predominantly focused in customer service & accounting dealing with insurance claims but on the property damage side of the business. This background provided an awareness of the insurance claims handling process, which supported a smooth transition into the CEG environment of handling Workers Compensation Claims.
Aimee is married to Patrick and they have one daughter Lainey. In her free time she enjoys staying active playing volleyball and softball, coaching her daughter in both, crafting and entertaining. Some of her favorite life moments have been zip lining, her work as one of the Milwaukee Brewer Racing Sausages, & any chance she can get to go to Disney. Aimee’s BS – Nursing paired with her work experiences have proven to be an asset in filling her role with the Crawford Evaluation Group.
Greg is Crawford Evaluation Group’s Business Development Specialist. His main role is to improve all facets of our business, with a focus on client relations. Greg has been in the claims cost containment industry since 2000, working in various sales and physician network development positions. Greg served on past boards of the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association for 4 years. He was also a member of the planning committee for the 2014 Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation Forum.
Greg graduated from Ripon College in 1992, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Psychology. During college and after graduation, he dedicated himself to working with needy children in NY, AZ and WI, receiving various awards for his work in NY and the Milwaukee area. While still supporting many different charities, he now dedicates his time to his wife and son. Greg enjoys coaching T-ball, trying to learn the guitar, golf, hiking and lounging on a beach.
Laura is the Quality Assurance Manager at Crawford Evaluation Group. She has been an employee of CEG since November of 2011. Laura started her career in medical-legal services in 2001 as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Medical Evaluations, Inc. bringing with her an extensive claims adjusting background including multiple jurisdictions in worker’s compensation and liability claims with a strong focus on litigated cases. She entered the insurance industry in 1988 receiving her initial training through the Aetna Claim Skill School program and continued her education in insurance thereafter working for Aetna, Cigna and Hanover Insurance. She received the Casualty Claims Law Specialist designation in 1997. Laura is also helping to develop CEG’s growth in the state of Colorado where she currently resides.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys hiking in the mountains with her husband, Mark, and spending time with her children, Rachel and Tim, and the rest of her family. She also enjoys cooking and entertaining.
Marina is a Quality Assurance Specialist and has been with CEG since October 2012. Marina has been in the insurance industry since 1990. Working at CEG has given her the support to continue to grow in her career. She loves working with good friends that she has known a long time. Prior to working as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Marina worked at American Family Insurance, Royal and Sun Alliance, Aetna and Fremont as a claims adjuster.
Marina has been married to Scott since May 1993. They have two children, Cassie and Nicole. Her favorite four-legged friend is Ozzy. Marina enjoys reading books and strives to get in 10,000 steps daily monitored by her Fitbit. Marina has a very strong German heritage. She isn’t too excited about drinking beer, but give her a glass of wine and she’ll be happy!
Joan is a Quality Assurance Specialist with Crawford Evaluation Group. She joined CEG in May of 2014. In her role as a QA Specialist, Joan reviews the medical reports completed by our medical experts and works directly with our experts and our clients to ensure that the end result is the most accurate report possible.
Prior to joining CEG, Joan worked as a Worker’s Compensation Claim Adjuster for 17 years. Her previous employers include MCIM, Employers, West Bend Mutual and Fremont. She finds that her claim background is very helpful in her current role. Customer service has always been Joan’s main focus and she loves that CEG believes in this and truly practices it every day. Joan is a proud Wisconsinite! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family. Joan is also co-chair of the St. Gabriel’s Flea Market, which is an annual non-profit event.
Robin joined Quality Assurance as its Support Specialist in 2017 following over three years combined as a Sorter, A Records Coordinator and then back into the Sorting Department as its supervisor. She has no idea what she did to get to CEG, but she loves being a part of an organization that puts such emphasis, not only on great service, but also on philanthropy.
Robin attended both UW—Madison and UW—Milwaukee where she gained much experience in helping craft reports. She has since also edited in the publishing field and worked in both the service and wine industries. Robin is active in the American Indian Community, is a board member of the Mukwonago Historical Society and is the caretaker of the Red Brick Museum’s American Indian Collections. Her passions are sharing what has been shared with her, nature, music, cycling, and most importantly, her family. She lives in Burlington with that family of both the Two and Four-legged variety—Henry, Tyler, Pixie and Best Buddy–most of whom are actually domesticated.
Laurie joined CEG as a Quality Assurance Specialist in June, 2017. Her background is diverse with having an Associate Degree as a Medical Secretary and a BA Degree in Business. Laurie has spent the majority of her career working in WC claims with Society Insurance, Amerisafe, and Sedgwick. Prior to claims, she was an Account Executive with J.J. Keller and Associates and worked as an Office Specialist in an Occupational Medicine clinic. Providing exceptional customer service has always been a priority for her.
Parker, is Laurie’s only child and currently finishing his microbiology degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with plans to pursue a medical career.
In her spare time, Laurie enjoys traveling, riding her Harley, attending a variety of outdoor events, and attending/watching college sports; especially Badger Football!
Dena is a Quality Assurance Specialist and joined CEG in June 2017. Dena has been in the Worker’s Compensation Industry since 1988 and brings three decades of claim handling experience to her current role with CEG. Her previous employers include West Bend Mutual, Acuity, and Society Insurance. She is happy to continue working with clients and physicians she has known for many years.
Dena and her husband, Jerry, enjoy motorcycling and cruising in their 2002 Chrysler Prowler. Her favorite road trips are to wineries all over Wisconsin. Dena is an animal lover and is “mom” to many farm cats. She loves to cook and spend time with her family. In her spare time she enjoys watching Hallmark Mysteries and Movies, Murder She Wrote, Matlock, Diagnosis Murder, and others. She shares the love of wine with many of her new co-workers. She is very grateful and excited to begin a new chapter in her career with CEG!
Sandy is a Records Coordinator at CEG. She began working at CEG in October, 2013. Sandy specializes in making sure cover letters and medical records are received and processed in a timely manner. She enjoys assisting and interacting with clients and experts on a daily basis.
Sandy attended UW-Oshkosh graduating with a K-12 General/Choral music degree. She spent 2 years studying music therapy as well. Prior to starting her family and raising 2 daughters, she taught choir for 7 years. She loves to spend her spare time with her family whether it be gardening, cooking, making music, traveling, playing, or watching their handful of pet chickens.
Karen is a records coordinator at CEG. She began working at Crawford in January of 2016. Karen’s primary job consists of making sure that all records and diagnostics get delivered to our panel of doctors as a complete package and in a timely manner. What she enjoys most about her job is working with the great people at CEG.
Prior to starting her family, Karen worked in the banking industry where her customer service skills and attention to detail provided the background for her position at Crawford. In her free time Karen enjoys cheering her kids on at her son’s sports and daughter’s choral performances. She also enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.
Stephanie is a Records Coordinator at CEG. She began working at CEG in May 2016. Stephanie assists with all duties involving requesting, calling and receiving medical records along with organizing diagnostic studies for our medical experts. She enjoys being in contact with clients and doctor’s daily.
Stephanie attended WCTC Barber/Cosmetology program where she holds her current license to cut and style hair. She also has her Associates degree in Phlebotomy and also holds current her Dialysis Technician License with the state of WI. In Stephanie’s spare time she enjoys camping, spending time with friends and family, cooking, and crafting. She loves being a mom to her daughter and a step mom to her two other children. Stephanie is always up for a challenge.
“Braunie” joined CEG in September 2016 as a sorter. I needed something to stimulate my brain during retirement. I graduated from Marion University with a BS in Radiologic Technology and a BS in Business Administration. I worked for 41 years in Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology. Braunie is an avid sports fan. I love the Brewers, Packers, Badgers and racing in any form. I played, coached and umpired softball for 20 years. I love to camp, having graduated from pup tent to RV. Upon graduation, I made it a mission to see every state, I have made 49 of 50. Alaska is on my bucket list. I listen to blues, bluegrass, country, country rock and old time rock and roll. My best times are with family and friends.
I came to Crawford Evaluation Group with over 35 years’ experience in the medical field beginning as a unit secretary at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital on the surgical/telemetry floor and covering ICU and transplant when needed. I had the opportunity to work in a general surgeon’s office in 1990 and remained there until his recent (and thus my) retirement in 2016. In addition, I have always had evening jobs at St. Joseph Hospital as Emergency Room Secretary and Inpatient Rehab secretary, as well as Office Assistant at a private mental health clinic. I feel my diverse medical background is a perfect fit for my “post-retirement” position in the Sorting Department at Crawford Evaluation Group.
I am married with two grown children and three growing grandchildren. My husband and I love riding motorcycle and have traveled throughout most of the United States. We belong to the Milwaukee Chapter. Through the Ladies of Harley-Milwaukee Chapter I have become involved with several charities, especially Sophia’s Heart.
Beth is our Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant. She began working at CEG in May of 2016. Her main responsibilities in her role include, dictation follow ups, accepting reports, sending reports on to our QA department and various other tasks. Beth loves working at CEG, because everything is truly a team effort from start to finish. Beth previously worked in an administrative role for a youth soccer club, after she graduated from High Point University in 2003 with a Business Administration degree. She has been married for 13 years to her husband Ross. She took a break from working outside of the house, to be a stay at home mom to her four daughters. She has spent a lot of time volunteering in her kid’s classrooms as well as providing a safe “taxi” service to her young girls. Beth has lived in Southeastern Wisconsin for 14 years and believes it is the perfect place to raise her family.
I was a phlebotomist for 13 years at Oconomowoc Hospital and a Dialysis tech. for 19 years at Purity dialysis, I never went to college, was trained on the job for it all. I am obsessed with the sky…and I take pictures of it all!!! My favorite book is the Audobon society guide to North American weather…lol…I love to see and take pictures of all the different types of clouds, solar halos, sundogs, iridescent clouds, etc. I am also into and obsessed with Astronomy, I know where and when the planets you can see with the naked eye are every night, I watch the ISS fly over all the time, I watch the Moon phases and I take pictures of it all etc. I also keep track of comets and asteroids that are coming close to us…did you know that a very large asteroid just missed us yesterday?? It was the closest one to the earth since 2004!!! It was huge!!! I also grow a garden every year…I call myself a “self-taught farmer” I had no idea what I was doing at first and after 20 years of growing a garden I have learned a lot!!!
Rosie – Previously on Rosie- Cooper Power Systems for 27 years, 34 different job titles. Retired with honors in 2010. Rosie started classes at TechSkills for Medical Billing & Coding before retiring.
After completing schooling for Medical Billing & Coding at TechSkills in Brookfield, WI, she went back into the workforce at Dynamic Family Solutions in Manitowoc, WI. Rosie worked as an administrative assistant, with many job duties. When Rosie retired from Dynamic Family Solutions she used her office skills at the Mukwonago Food Pantry and North Prairie Fire Department Auxiliary. Rosie’s hobbies are anything outdoors, cooking, baking, hoping to do more fishing this year and to try golfing again after a double knee replacement. Rosie and Pat have lived in North Prairie for 26 years, they have 3 cats, Missy (Carb cat) Seeley (the Diva) and Smokey (The Hisser).
Angie is a scheduling consultant for CEG, She has been with the company since 2017. The aspects that she enjoys most about her position is the variety of different tasks associated with scheduling, which makes every day a little different. Angie is newer to the IME world and worker’s compensation as an industry, so she uses her background in customer service and accounting. Angie graduated in 2009 with a degree in business supervisory management. In her spare time Angie likes taking care of animals, arts and crafts and an occasional trip to the local zoo. Last but not least, the Rolling Stones wrote a song about me. I’m pretty awesome.
Janice has worked diligently within the IME business for over 16 years. Prior to working in the IME business, she worked for a Work Comp insurance company, and also for a medical clinic in the medical records department. She is happily married and shares her home with her husband and their two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also plays an active role in helping her parents, as they reach their golden years.
Laurie is a Scheduling Consultant for CEG. She has worked in the Personal Care world/Medicaid, so finding the right matches is right up her alley. The matching of experts to the case is like being a detective, which needs attention to detail; she brings this from her Quality Assurance/auditor of charts for Medicaid PAS Programs. She loves the difference and challenges between the cases; no two are ever the same. Its rewarding when it all comes full circle with all the departments working together.
Laurie has been a small business owner, which helps with the full picture and the in-outs of business strategies. She loves to travel (especially to see her 2 children or brothers), likes the details of scrapbooking, a cosmetologist for 25+ years and is a certified scuba diver. Her motto in life: believe in yourself…love life…breathe…
Linda is a Records Coordinator at CEG. She has been working for CEG since April 2011. Linda specializes in making sure all cover letters, medical records and diagnostics are received and processed accurately and in a timely manner. Linda enjoys the challenge of ensuring complete medical files are received for every case from the client within sufficient time for all materials to be checked in, sorted, uploaded and delivered to the physician expert prior to the exam. However, what she likes most about CEG is the positive atmosphere and working with great people.
Previously, Linda worked at Access Medical Inc. and at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Provider Services. She has an Associate Degree in Business, and since then has taken an additional 22 courses throughout the years. She has over 30 years of Customer Service experience, but her greatest asset is her sense of humor. She brightens everyone’s days through joking with co-workers at CEG. Linda loves to boast that she won the Twist Contest 13 times, and she really loves to dance. When she isn’t practicing her twisting, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband Don, daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchild.
Charlene joined the CEG team in October of 2014. She provides support to the accounting department. Prior to joining CEG, Charlene spent almost 10 years as a floral designer and store manager. She later proceeded to spend another 12 years working in the restoration industry, first working for a large restoration company, until she and her husband opened their own company. Charlene continued working growing their business over the next 17 years until it was purchased by an out of state firm. Most of her duties at all of her occupations have centered around accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Charlene is an avid reader and baker, and makes an amazing assortment of goodies – in particular her secret carrot cake recipe. Charlene and her husband, Carl, enjoy traveling together as well as playing cards and catching a good movie.
